I am zealous about helping business owners and managers like you grow your leadership skills and subsequently, your business. I bring more than 25 years of consulting experience with Allstate Insurance Company, as well as training from the Michael Gerber EMyth Masters Program. In 2014 I was certified in the John Maxwell leadership system – voted by Inc. Magazine as the number one leadership and management expert in the world.
This unique combination of experience and training gives me a breadth and depth of knowledge to readily identify solutions to shore up any weak areas in a business. I can help with marketing, selling, or leads capture; leadership skills; information; or time management. I have found success is not always about having the technical skills or the best product, but about developing daily habits to grow confidence, manage time and market effectively. I like to call it Playing with a Plan, which is also the name of the weekly show I co-host Fridays on Inspiration 4 Life internet radio.
My coaching involves the ability to understand you: to think how you think, and understand your perspective. From this benchmark, I will place another perspective on top of yours – stretching and growing you to gently see a more empowering way.
